Funding is now available from HFA's Infrastructure Development Demonstration Program (IDDP) for infrastructure improvements associated with affordable housing projects. Municipalities, nonprofit corporations and charitable organizations are eligible. Click here for details.

"Nyhomes" offers financial help and other assistance to for-profit and not-for-profit developers of single-family homes, as well as developers of two-, three- and four-family homes.
